My workstation isn't the greatest, it's my kitchen table, and I sit on a standard kitchen chair. I prefer sitting at the table because it is big and spacious, not ideal but it gets the job done.
Lighting consists of two fluorescent lights above where i work and there is a power point directly behind where I sit.
The only hazards that i believe there are is the power cord frommy laptop, it sits on the floor, un tapped and people walking past can quite easily trip over it.
Like I mentioned earlier, my work station isn't great so I would give it a rating of 3 out of 5.
